What has been updated with our Gifting program this year?
- Our 2024-2025 Holiday Catalog is HERE! This is available as a PDF or online digitally.
- All-In-One Gifts are BACK! These beautiful Gift Sets allow the bottle and gift set to be shipped inside of one magnetic gift box for a beautiful presentation! The gift sets available are our: Celebration, Artisan, Sweets & Treats and Birthday. These sets will be available on the website for individual orders with select wine options on 10/14. However, all bulk orders can be placed now through the Gifting team.
- Please note the new "All-In-One Celebration Set" has been updated to include:
1 bottle of your choice, 2 stemless flutes and our champagne stopper. (We are sunsetting the stemmed flutes and confetti popper when used as an all-in-one set)

- Custom Label: Pricing of Cabernet ($38-->$39) & Chardonnay ($36-->$37) has been adjusted to reflect our Sept 2024 price increase. These custom labels are available for +$10 per bottle from our normal retail prices of these wines.

- Gifting Referral:
What we are no longer offering:
- BYOG with sourced items that are not ONEHOPE. If a customer wants to BYOG with their own item shipped to our warehouse, we will be implementing a kitting fee of $10/gift.
- Custom Cards: We will be leading with our complimentary gift note that can be printed and included in each gift. This along with our "Your gift makes and impact" card inside of our beautiful white envelopes is a wonderful experience. Please reach out to the gifting team for repeat customers needing cards. Pricing is $5 each (50 Gift minimum)
- Custom Sleeves: These sleeves did not meet our packaging standards and turnaround time for our gifting orders during busy season. We will not be offering these as an option to customize. We suggest offering our etched wood boxes or Custom labels inside a magnetic box.
- Custom Etching on flutes/glassware: This will not be something we offer.
- Custom Color Crinkle - we will continue to offer ivory in our gift sets.
- Custom Stickers: We are not marketing these as an option for new customers. We are leaning into our custom etching options as this is what we do best. If a previous customer really needs these stickers for their gifts, we can offer them at $5 each
