Custom Gifting PCV is dependent on the type of product that is purchased.
Bulk wine shipments are 85% PCV. This includes shipments to one location or shipments to 12 or more addresses.
Wood and Magnetic Boxes, including wine and contents, are 66.67% PCV.
Custom Etched Shimmer and Custom Label Bottles are 85% PCV when shipped by the case or in a standard shipper. If it is included in a Wine Box, it is 66.67% PCV.
Gift Set Add-ons are 50% PCV, while the wine included earns 85% PCV. The more wine customers add with Gift Sets, the more commission you make!
Please note: Gifting Orders have to be manually added to your Back Office Reports and do not show instantly once payment is received.
The Home Office will ensure the sale is added before the next pay period once the invoice has been paid. For example, any gifting orders that are paid for between the 1st-15th of the month will be added prior to the 16th pay date.
Pro Tip: If you are trying to earn your Fast Start Bonuses with a Gifting Order, please give the Gifting Team a heads-up to ensure the order is added in time!
Discounts & Rewards for Gifting Orders
Orders of 25+ Gifts or Custom Bottles receive the above discount through the Gifting Department. The discount applies to the total cost of the gift prior to tax and shipping. This includes the gift packaging, the wine, and additional items (i.e. etching, stickers, custom gift cards, etc.).
Bulk Gift Discounts are not valid on Bulk Wine Orders to one location. Please see for more information on Bulk Wine Orders for Weddings/Events.
Customers receive 5% back on all Custom Gifting orders (5 points for every $1 spent)!
Please note that Wine Club benefits do not qualify for Custom Gifting orders.
Custom Gifting Donations
Custom Gifting Orders qualify for a donation to a Cause of Choice!
Please submit the donation through this link once the invoice is paid. You will need the mailing address and tax information for the 501c3 of choice, as well as your invoice. The 501c3 information can be found on the nonprofit's website.
There is no minimum order requirement for a donation to be made. Please submit Custom Gifting donations within 1 month of shipping. To track your donation on Custom Gifting orders, please search the invoice number here.
Please note that Gifting Orders cannot be applied towards an online fundraiser and are not tracked through your website donation tracker.
Each Gifting Order will include the below Impact Card, which speaks to ONEHOPE's mission to nourish the future. This will inform recipients that their gift is making an impact!
Pro Tip: As part of the gift message, inform recipients of the specific Cause of Choice your customer has chosen and that the gift is benefiting on their behalf!
