Customer & Host Reward Points

ONEHOPE Reward Points are used as a loyalty program where customers and Hosts earn points. These can be redeemed as discounts on future wine orders or donated to a ONEHOPE-featured nonprofit.


Customer Reward Points are calculated at a rate of 5 points for every $1 spent, resulting in a 5% return on all orders.

Similarly, Hosts will earn 10% back in Reward Points from their Wine Tasting Event, once their event has reached $500+ in retail sales. 

Customers and Hosts can check their Reward Points balance by logging into their ONEHOPE account. Rewards are displayed in the menu at the top of the page and can also be viewed in detail on the Rewards page of the website.

To redeem Reward Points at checkout:
Customers click on the "Promo, gift card or rewards" button, where a pop-up window will display the current Reward Point balance and allow them to enter the dollar amount of points they want to redeem. Cause Entrepreneurs can redeem Reward Points on behalf of their customers in "concierge mode."

FAQs:
Reward Points do have an expiration date; they expire six months from the last purchase activity date. Customers receive multiple email notifications as their points approach expiration.

CEs must maintain account activity, such as purchasing in the last six months, hosting an event eligible for reward points, or adding qualified points to their account to avoid expiration.

Reward Points cannot be transferred from one customer to another but can be donated to a nonprofit organization.

Additionally, Reward Points can be redeemed for Gift Cards.
