How and When You Get Paid

ONEHOPE uses a company called Paylution, also known as Hyperwallet, as our commission payment provider. Within one week of enrolling as a new Cause Entrepreneur, you will receive an email from Paylution prompting you to register your account. Any commissions you earn will be paid to you directly through your Paylution account. Oftentimes these emails go to spam, so please be sure to check your spam folder if you have not received your Paylutions emails.

To login to your Paylutions account click on this link HERE

Below is what the email looks like.

When you receive it click on 'Activate' to start the process of creating your Paylution account.

You will have the option to have your commissions loaded onto a ONEHOPE branded debit card or choose to transfer commission funds to a bank account. All of these preferences can be set within your Paylution account.

Expired, stolen, or lost cards can be replaced through HyperWallet. To contact HyperWallet, please call 1-877-546-8220 or fill out their form here. All fees and transactions are processed by HyperWallet, a third-party vendor.

Once you have your account activated, you can view and manage your account through the

Paylution Pay Portal

How do I get paid my personal commissions?
To earn your personal commissions, you will want to take note of your Personal Commissionable Volume (PCV). This is how your commissions are calculated. For more information, learn about the Compensation Plan, here.

When you get paid:

Personal Sales Commissions paid on orders placed on the 1st through the 15th of the month will be processed and paid within three business days after the 16th and month-end bonus payouts within five business days after the 1st. Similarly, any commissions on orders placed on the 16th through the 31st of the month will be processed and paid within 5 business days after the 1st of the following month.

Examples:
Midmonth commissions:
if the 16th falls on a Monday, you (the CE) would receive payment by end of day, Thursday the 19th.

End of Month Commissions: if the 1st falls on a Monday, you (the CE) would receive payment by the end of the day, Monday the 8th.

NOTE: If either of these paydays fall on a weekend or holiday, the commission payout date will be the following business day.

Mid-month commissions Include:

Mid-month commissions include your 5-20% base commission on your personal sales from the 1st through the 15th.

End-of-month commissions include:

End-of-month commissions include personal commission on sales from the 16th through the last day of the month, bonuses on all personal commissionable sales in the entire previous month if achieved, and all overrides earned on team sales for the entire previous calendar month. These commissions and bonuses include:

  • 5-35% Retail Commission
  • Team Building Bonuses (Unilevel, Group, and Generation)
  • Fast Start Bonuses (FS1000, FS1500, FS2000, Ring Bonuses, 4th Ring Bonuses and Promotion Bonuses)

Why is there a processing period for commission payments?

The processing period for commission payments serves as a necessary buffer to accommodate the intricacies of commission payments. It allows for fluctuations in bank funding timelines, potential technical glitches that may arise, and delays in administrative processes such as pay rank verification. Ultimately, the processing period safeguards against disruptions, promoting smoother and more efficient commission payments.
