Importing Contacts

Think of the Contacts Tool like an Address Book. Importing your customer's contact information from your email or phone will be beneficial and time-saving when placing orders and sharing Reach Outs with your customers.

How to Import Contacts:
In your CE Back Office, navigate to the Contacts page.
In the right corner, click "Import Contacts."

A pop-up will appear to choose the preferred platform from which you want to import your contacts. You can import your contacts through email or phone contacts.

First and last names, date of birth (we are selling alcohol!), and email addresses will be required to create an account for a new contact.
