Mockup Generator FAQs

1. Log in to your Wine Rep account
2. Select Personalized Shimmers under the “Gifts & More” drop-down menu

1. Select your design from the templates that are available
2. Add your text and/or logo file 
   1. Adjust the sizing as needed
   2. Select your font 
      1. We have provided 4 of our most popular fonts for you to choose from; 2 standard and 2 script 
   3. Select your color
      1. Alternate between gold, silver and pink to view your design on our different bottle options
   4. IMPORTANT - if your image or text are too large, then they will be cut off on the bottle. Please double check your mockup to ensure that the entire design fits within the bottle parameters
3. Download as a PDF
   1. Once you are happy with your design, select “SAVE” and re-name your design so that it is something that you can easily recognize.
      1. We recommend using the client name or the text that is being included along with the date 
      2. Once you’ve clicked “save”, then you will be able to download a PDF with your mockup
4. Share your mockup!
   1. This PDF can be attached in an email to your customers and it will be stored under “My Saved Designs”

1. 1. If you would like to tweak a design, you can find previously saved files in “My Saved Designs”
   2. When you select “edit” you will be able to go back into that particular design and adjust your file as needed 

Submitting an Order!

1. 1. Once you have finalized your design and received approval from your customer, you can select “Submit Order”
      1. *IMPORTANT NOTE - once you submit a design, it cannot be edited
   2. When you select “Submit” a form will pop up for you to input all of the order details 
      1. Single Address - please select this option if your order is going to one location
      2. Multiple Addresses - please select this option if you are shipping to multiple addresses and our team will reach out to request the completed order form.
   Order Processing
   1. Once your order is submitted, the Gifting Team will reach out with an invoice and next steps for processing your order! 

Additional Questions:

Q: Will I receive additional tweaks or reviews of my mockup once it is submitted?

A: Our team will review the design to ensure that it follows all policies and guidelines. We will alway do a "Quality Check" to ensure the etching is up to our standard. Once final approvals are made, we will not make design adjustments once it is submitted. The art file will be stored and prepped for production!

Q: If I need to request other mockups for etched wood boxes, custom labels, etc - where would I submit those design requests? 

A: All non-Shimmer mockup requests should still be submitted through our mockup request form.
