Starting on October 1st, 2024 we will be updating our return policy. Our goal is to continue to offer our 110% Happiness Guarantee. Please contact support@onehopewine.com if you have any questions. We encourage you as the Wine Rep to help manage your customers and Wine Club members upcoming shipments if adjustments need to be made. Members will continue to receive notifications from ONEHOPE about their upcoming shipments, and can make adjustments to the wines, and shipping date.
Order Cancellations: Please contact support for order cancellations immediately. ONEHOPE is only able to cancel orders within 24 hours that have not yet begun fulfillment in our warehouse. If your order is already being processed by our warehouse, we will not be able to cancel the order. Please note gift card sales and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Happiness Guarantee: At ONEHOPE Wine, your satisfaction is our priority. If our wine does not meet your expectations in quality, please reach out within 30 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you with a replacement under our 110% Happiness Guarantee. To initiate a replacement, please contact us at support@onehopewine.com with your order details and a description of the issue.
No Buyer’s Remorse: We understand that wine selections are personal; however, we do not accept returns, process cancellations, or offer refunds once fulfillment of your order has begun.
Missing or Incorrect Items / Damages: If your order is damaged in transit, or if you’re missing items or received the wrong product, please contact us at support@onehopewine.com. We’ll be happy to send a replacement at no cost to you.
