Reach Outs

A Reach Out is a convenient way for a CE to initiate a conversation with their customers through SMS, email, or social media, providing valuable information about products, sales, announcements, and more. While each Reach Out is customizable, we have pre-populated messages, eliminating the need for the CE to create their own content for each message they send.

The Reach Out Library can be found by visiting your CE Back Office > Reach Outs tab in the menu. Our library is updated regularly with time-sensitive offers such as limited-time sales and promotional Reach Outs. You will notice some of the Reach Outs will have expiration dates based on the subject matter.
