Last Day of the Month
Additionally, on the last day of the month, The Support Team is available from 8:00 a.m. CST - 9:00 p.m. CST / 9:00 a.m. EST - 10:00 p.m. EST to offer additional support to our CE Community!
Please remember that the cut-off time for your orders to count towards the last day of the month is 11:59 PM CST. Any orders placed after this time will be considered sales for the following month.
Last Day of the Month - Best Practices:
- Ensure Back Office Reports are accurate prior to the last day of the month, preferably by the last business day of the month. This will prevent any commission or payout delays.
- Move order requests must be submitted to Support, with the customer copied, by 8 p.m. CST on the last day of the month. Only genuine error requests will be considered. Learn more here.
- There is no need to submit multiple tickets for the same issue, as requests are responded to in chronological order.
- Please allow up to 48 business hours for any tickets requiring follow-up support.
- For any urgent requests that come at the end of the month, select the “End of Month Critical Issue” option.
- Please provide as much information as possible to help resolve your request, such as order ID, event ID, and any pertinent screenshots.
