On July 1 - We’re Launching Our MVP – Minimum Viable Products!

As we prepare to launch our brand-new ONEHOPE website and Back Office, we’re taking an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) approach. This means we’re starting with a streamlined version that includes the most essential features, so you can start using it right away while we continue to refine, enhance, and expand your experience over time.

Think of it like the foundation of your new digital home: the walls are up, the doors are open, and it’s ready to move into though we’re still putting up the artwork and fluffing the pillows. 😉
Just like crafting the perfect wine blend, launching a brand-new platform takes intention, testing, and time. We’re kicking things off with our MVPs, your new Website and new Back Office equipped with the core tools you need right now to sell, serve customers, and grow your business with ease.

What’s not quite ready yet? Our brand-new ONEHOPE App is still getting a little extra shine and polish and will be launching soon. Thank you for your patience. We promise it will be worth the wait! If there’s something you saw announced during our Summer Kickoff Call that you don’t see live just yet, don’t worry! More features and enhancements will continue to roll out in thoughtful, manageable phases so you have time to learn, adjust, and thrive.

As with any new launch, some bugs may sneak through and we’d love your help spotting them! New Compensation Plan


When does the updated compensation plan go into effect?
July 1st 2025, will launch our new earnings structure.

When will I get paid in the new plan?
Our same payment schedule and structure will apply moving forward. Please see the Resource Center article for more details.

Key Terms

  • Personally Referred: Anyone who enrolls directly under you
  • Circle Sales: Your personal sales + your personally referred’s sales
  • Retail Sales: This is the same as it is today. The amount of product sold before tax and shipping.
  • Roll-Up: Removing inactive Wine Reps from the team tree Level 1 - Anyone who is personally referred by you, or is rolled up to you, will now become your downline “team”

How do I get paid in the New July 2025 Compensation Plan?
Below is a simple breakdown of how you earn commissions through both Personal Sales and your Personally Referred’s Sales.

Sales Commissions: Earn a commission on every dollar you sell! The more you sell in a calendar month, the higher your commission rate and earnings.There will be no more wine math calculations of PCV, CV, BV, OV, etc!

All commissions are calculated on Retail Sales.

➡️ Example: If you sell $1,500 in a month, you’ll earn $300 (20%) in commissions!


Personally Referred Commissions: 

Unlock commissions on your personally referred Wine Rep’s sales once you’ve reached $250 in Personal Sales in a given month.

You'll earn 6% of their retail sales when they have $250+
Or 3% when they have less than $250.

What is Compression?
The term compression means that when a Wine Rep is considered “inactive” based on the definition below, they have been removed from the ONEHOPE Community genealogy and we have rolled up any remaining active Wine Reps to be considered a Level 1 to the closest active upline and mentor.

How did you create the Rollups (aka compression) for our current field?
A Wine Rep must have an “active” paid monthly membership $12/month fee or have a paid $99/year membership.


If this is not true, the Wine Rep will be removed from the team tree and compression will take place, rolling any Wine Reps below the inactive Wine Rep up a level so they are directed to an active mentor and Wine Rep starting on July 1, 2025.

What happens when a Wine Rep is removed from the Community program and is no longer paying $12 monthly fee?
They will continue to have a ONEHOPE customer account with us.

What happens if a Wine Rep, who has been removed decides to rejoin?
If a wine rep wishes to rejoin, they will be able to do so and will need to sign up with a new Join Kit. The Wine rep is welcome to sign up directly under that previous mentor. They will not automatically rejoin in their previous genealogy in their team tree as we have already done a Compression for our July 2025 relaunch of our Community program. They will be able to rejoin onto their mentor’s first level.

Do we have a requirement to stay active in our Community?
We require a $12 monthly fee to be considered “active”

What is the requirement to be considered “qualified”?
Starting July 1st, qualified will mean a Wine Rep has $250+ in personal retail sales. This will unlock the ability to collect downline commissions on your Personally Referred (Level 1), as well as earn 1,000 in Reward Points, and unlock access to shop in “The Cellar”! The Cellar will house new and exclusive curated items for our Wine Reps.

What is the Founders’ Circle?
The Founder’s Circle celebrates your monthly leadership and sales impact through six performance tiers. As your Circle Sales (Personal + Level 1 Wine Reps) grow, so do your rewards, from cash bonuses and product credit to exclusive Napa-inspired perks and VIP recognition.

What is the earning period for this recognition program?
We will be tracking Circle Sales monthly and cumulative Circle Sales July - December 2025 for our annual recognition and rewards.

When will I receive my Reward and Access Perks?
You will get your rewards the month following your achievements.

Ex: You hit Reserve Circle in July, you will get your $150 cash in your August 1st paycheck, your Product Credit will be added to your account and you will get an invitation to the Leader Call held in August.

Giving Strategy Update


What is changing with ONEHOPE’s Give Back Strategy?

Starting July 1, 2025 ONEHOPE will be focused on making a more focused impact on empowering education. Every bottle sold will now fund $25 in school supplies for children in under-resourced schools. We will no longer give a 10% donation to the retail customer’s Cause of Choice. However a Host will be able to select a cause of choice and have their event make double the impact - their cause AND our support our mission to fund school supplies with every bottle sold.

What organization are we partnering with to help amplify our give back with school supplies?
We are partnering with the Kids in Need Foundation. This nonprofit helps to amplify every dollar donated to their organization and they 25x it. For every $1.04 donated they are able to provide $25 in school supplies.

Will customers still be able to select their Cause of Choice when shopping with ONEHOPE?
We are sunsetting the Cause of Choice give back for retail customers and new Wine Club members. However, we will continue to offer a 10% give back to Custom Gifting orders over $1,000.

What will happen to my Wine Club members who are loyal because of our Cause of Choice Donation on their shipments?
We are offering a 1x opt-in opportunity for a Wine Club member to designate their Cause of Choice so that 10% of their scheduled shipments will be donated to the nonprofit of their choice. Wine Club members will have between June 18-30th to submit this form to opt-in to this. Otherwise, current Wine Club and new members will follow our new give back strategy where every bottle purchased funds $25 in school supplies to children in need. If you would like to view if your Wine Club member has submitted the form, you can search their name on this sheet



Join Kits 


What is our current Join Kit offer?
We will continue to offer our $79 Join Kit as our evergreen Business Builder Join Kit. This kit has a $261 value and the simplicity of this kit with 3 bottles of wine, materials and a Tasting Kit Credit to share have proven this kit makes it easy to get started! We have simplified and updated the exclusive swag items in the kit. Note: We will have a boosted Join Kit in July that features our gold Shimmer with  “Cheers, Salud, Cin Cin, Prost” etching on it! This bottle alone has a $59 value!

Have we updated our Join Kits and printed materials? 

Yes, all program materials have been updated to reflect any program updates. However you will notice the wine lineups have remained the same from Spring 2025. The materials will also be included in Tasting Kits starting the first week of July when all program updates are live!

How has the Fast Start Program changed?
The July 2025 program has been updated to showcase our simplified program. A New Wine Rep can earn rewards in two ways - by sharing wine and personally referring Wine Reps who achieve Fast Start 500 (we are no longer using the title Rock Star). We will no longer have Rings that coupled your personal sales along with sponsoring a new wine rep.

The Fast Start Program helps new Wine Reps earn exciting wine rewards while building early momentum in their first 3 months.

Will a Wine Rep who is already in their Fast Start get to participate in this new program?
Yes! We want all our Fast Start Wine Reps to benefit from this updated program. All Wine Reps who enrolled in our Community in April, May or June will get to “double-dip” and earn rewards from both programs while they are in their Fast Start.

If you enrolled in:

What is changing with Our Events? 
Starting July 1, we will have an updated Host Program (see below for details) as well as a new event system for you to create your events, share links, QR codes and place orders.

With our new website you will NOT be able to place orders via Concierge Mode on behalf of your customer. See Concierge Mode Below for more FAQs.

Wine Club Updates:


What is changing for the Wine Club?
Generally speaking, the Wine Club perks and rewards will not change. The only update will be that New Wine Club members’ orders will be supporting our mission to provide school supplies to under-resourced children and schools

What will happen to my current Wine Club members who are loyal because of their ability to give back to a Cause of their Choice?
We know how valuable our Wine Club members are, and we are giving them a one-time opportunity to opt-in to designate their Cause of Choice. These members will get an email on June 18 with a form to submit by June 30th. This form will ask them to note the nonprofit they want to support with their scheduled shipments.  If this form is not submitted, Wine Club members will follow our new give back strategy where every bottle purchased funds $25 in school supplies to children in need. 


Will Wine Club members be able to make adjustments to their Wine Club on our new website?
Yes! Our new site will be very user friendly. Your members will be able adjust their upcoming orders and even cancel their WC membership (if needed) through the website without the need to contact Customer Support. 


Will I be able to offer concierge service for my Wine Club members?
Wine Reps will no longer be able to make wine swaps or change date of shipments (using Concierge mode) on behalf of their wine club members. Members will be able to make these adjustments through their customer account on our website. 


Will a Wine Club member be able to cancel their Wine Club membership?

Yes. To improve the Wine Club member’s experience should they choose to opt-out, cancelling a membership will be an option on the site. Whereas prior to July1, a Wine Club member or a Wine Rep would need to reach out to Customer Support in order to accomplish a cancellation.


Will my early July Wine Club Members see their shipments process like normal with our new site?
We will be pushing back any shipments previously scheduled on July 1 or 2 back to July 3rd in order to avoid any errors as our new site and systems launch on the first. 


Placing Orders & Concierge Mode

Will I still be able to place orders for my customers on their behalf using Concierge Mode? 
This custom functionality is no longer available for our new website as it does not follow Shopify's compliance. Here is a common way for Wine Reps to place orders for their customers:

Wine Rep can share their Wine Rep specific URL or event link:

    • The customer places the order themselves using the wine rep’s storefront link.

    • This is the cleanest and most compliant method, as the customer is in control of their own data.

Will I be able to continue to use order forms at my events?

Yes, you will be able to use order form at your checkout chat. However we do recommend that you use the form as a guide and enter the order information into the customers phone and help them check out during the event. This way your customer has created their account profile and do not need to chase anyone down to close the sale.

What Fast Start Wine Reps count towards this incentive?
Please note that as we build our movement and grow our Community, new Wine Reps who join July 1st and later and achieve Fast Start 500 will be those who qualify as your 1st-4th mentored FS 500 Wine Reps.



Gift Cards

Will we continue to have Gift Cards Available?
Yes, we will continue to offer digital gift cards. However we will only offer a flat rate amount. We will not be able to offer a Wine Club Gift Card where a customer can pick the # of shipments they want their gift card to cover. Instead, the customer can select the amount they want to put on the gift card for the recipient.

How will Gift Cards Transfer Over to our new website?
All customer gift cards will be valid and applicable on our new website. Please note: Customers that have a valid gift card balance will get an email within the first week or so of July,  letting them know their gift card will be transferable and applicable on the new website.

Paylutions & Commissions
 

How Will I get paid with the new Compensation Plan and Back Office?

Our new back office allows us to make commission payments using Paypal. We will no longer use Hyperwallet/Paylutions. You will be able to set up a Paypal account and link your email address into your Account Profile.

Will we be able to get a debit card with Paypal similar to a paylutions card?
Paypal does offer a debit card that you can choose to set up. 

Will I be able to Access my current Hyperwallet/Paylutions account?
You will still be able to access your income! You will be able to login to your account via this link HERE, just as you have been able to access your account previously. 


How will I receive my June Commissions payments?
Commissions for June 2025 will be paid through your Paylutions account. 



Back Office

What will happen to my current website and anyone who shops from my current url?
We will be redirecting all customers to your new website. You will not need to reprint business cards to re-share links to those that already shop with you. You will have a new URL and shop link to share, that you can easily access from your new Back Office Dashboard.

Reports

Will you be transferring our reports and historical data into the new Back Office?
Yes, our goal is to migrate as much of your current data as possible when it comes to your customer orders.

Please note: We do suggest that you export and download the following should you want to reference it. It will not be transferred over. 
  • Your Contact List - This is Your Customers, Wine Club members, Hosts. Your Customer 
  • My Team Fast Start Report
  • Team Activity Extended (you can export by month)
  • Your My Events (grab screenshots if you want to reference this info)
  • Your My Earnings Report

Contacts and any Earnings Reports you would like to reference. As we are changing systems with our commissions provider some of these reports may not transfer over. You will have access to your current Back Office Reports until June 30th 2025.



Website Features

Will Customers have any updates when it comes to shipping their wines?
Yes! Customers will now be able to choose a FedEx Hold At Location (FedEx store, Walgreens etc) as their initial delivery address when checking out. This was previously only an option to redirect a package after checking. 
**This feature will not be available on 7/1 - but it will be launching soon - so stay tuned!
