Navigating Your CE Back Office

The CE Back Office is where you will go to carry out the day-to-day tasks of running your business. Think of your CE Back Office as your main hub and go-to place for managing your ONEHOPE business!

Your Back Office gives you access to:

  • Quick access to your Personal URL right from the Dashboard
  • Playbook Cards: These are interactive cards you can swipe through each one to help you manage your business and earn Reward Points along the way! Learn more here.
  • Reach Outs: These are available to help you start a conversation, follow up, or share promotions. Learn more here.
  • Event Management: Set up a new event, manage existing events, and place Tasting Kit Orders for Hosts.
  • Contact Management: View customer information, and add new contacts and notes.

  • Customer Management: View customer order information or place an order on behalf of your customer, also referred to as “concierge mode ordering,” either within an event or your regular shop. Learn more here.

  • Reporting: View your personal and team activity 

 

If you are already logged in to your CE Account, you can access the CE Back Office by clicking your name in the top right-hand corner of your screen and selecting “CE Back Office” from the drop-down.
